It’s a bit like what’s happening at our company: AI applications have now formed a self-reinforcing virtuous cycle. It’s no longer about pushing a specific use case top-down and forcing people to use it; instead, every department is voluntarily driving AI adoption. In my opinion, once you reach that stage, it can be considered a fairly successful start.
